Project Reflection
This project for me was a lot of new information because I had never really studied World War 2 or the Holocaust in depth before. I found myself being more interested in the project then I hadoriginal thought I would have. My partner and I split up the work and then both added it into the prezi we had designed earlier when we were ready. I had the job of researching some different perspectives on the war. It was hard to find but I found survivor stories from three people; a hidden child, death train escapee, and soldier/prisoner of war. Reading their stories summed up to me the tragedy of the war and the holocaust. They talked about things they saw, people they lost, and how they felt by the end. It is easy to study the facts of the war but I think learning about the lives of the people who were in it and how it effected them later in life was the best information I gained from this project. The stories were sad and it just shows how this shouldn't have happened, and how something like this can never happen again. I enjoyed working on this project and I am proud of the final result.
Project Almost done!
My information has all been added to the prezi and my partner just has to finish adding hers. So far it looks really good and I am proud of the work we have done. The information supports our thoughts on the essential question and shows different views on the war and what helped to lead to the decision to drop the atomic bomb.
Project Update
My partner and I were working on putting our project together when my partner had a problem with their electricity. This should be fixed soon and we will get right back to working on it together then! We have our information all ready and are really just editing the prezi to make it flow the way we want it to. Still playing with the design as well. I will update later!

Reflection
My partner and I have been continuously researching for the project. Both Caroline and Lexie mentioned the idea of seeing how the bomb affected the health of those in the area where it was dropped. We think this is a great idea and have been looking into. So far we have found interesting information that we think will help add an Allied Health spin onto the project. We have also decided that our project will be a prezi and plan to start designing it soon.

Essential Question
Dropping the atomic bomb was necessary to ending the war. To what extent was this true for those making the decision in 1945?
This is the question Dionne and I are focusing on for our project. Within the project we will be addressing the following three objectives:
1. Analyze the decision to use the atomic bomb and the consequences of doing so.
2. Relate new wartime inventions to scientific and technological advancements in the civilian world.
3. Compare the varying perspectives of victims, survivors, bystanders, rescuers, and perpetrators during the Holocaust.
